How to Order at a Trunk Show
Consultation
First, share your preferences, occasions, and preferred silhouette. We will walk you through the fitting process while showing you samples and explain in detail the type of fabrics and styles we can offer within your budget.
Fabric and Style Selection
We offer a wide range of fabrics from sleek to seasonal trends. Prices may vary depending on whether the fabric is made domestically or is imported. Our job is to find you the best quality fabric that fits within your budget.
Detail Selection
Choose models, pocket designs, linings, buttons, and create your own custom garment. If you're unsure, feel free to ask, as we'll also provide suggestions.
Measurements
We'll meticulously assess your body shape and make precise size adjustments to ensure the right fit. We'll also provide recommendations on jacket length, sleeve length, waist size, etc., based on your preferences.
Delivery and Shipping
Approximately 3-4 weeks after your order is placed and your custom suit is created, we conduct a thorough inspection of your garments. Once approved, we'll ship your exclusively tailored suit directly from Japan to your home.
After Care
We store your size data securely as part of your profile, allowing us to use it for future orders. Additionally, we offer adjustments to previously tailored suits and repair services for damages such as shifting or moth damage. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.
