Refund policy
・Please note that we don’t offer refunds as each garment is based on your measurements and customizations. If there's any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance. Alternatively
・If there is an issue with your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
・YT Bespoke will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the tags still on and the vents fully stitched.
・YT Bespoke has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
・YT Bespoke will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
・Any items returned to YT Bespoke that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
